Laboratory Technician

About the role 

 
Our BICAR Laboratory team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in the Quality Control (QC) department and focuses on analytical testing of Sodium Bicarbonate products in collaboration with Production, Quality and Supply chain teams. 

 
As a Laboratory Technician, you will work on product quality testing, instrument operation & troubleshooting, and analytical results reporting to support plant operations. You will get the opportunity to contribute to product quality improvement and have a positive impact on safe and stable plant performance. 

You will be accountable for: 

• Executing testing and reporting product quality results according to established plans 

• Complying with HSE regulations, quality standards, and company policies 

• Performing analytical testing of Sodium Bicarbonate products in the QC laboratory 

• Maintaining and troubleshooting assigned laboratory instruments 

• Ensuring accurate and precise measurements with timely delivery of analytical results 

• Monitoring and reporting nonconforming issues and participating in product quality investigations 

 
We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode. 

About you 

 
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Science-related field. 
Relevant work experience in laboratory analysis or quality control.

About the pay 

 
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: 

• THB 19,603 - 24,461 per month in Rayong, Thailand

 
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
